Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Incorrect item delivered
Conditions for return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery

Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted

Customized or discounted items are non-returnable, unless found defective
Refunds
Once the returned product is received, inspected, and approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side
